Hi, I'm Kaila! I have over four years of professional childcare experience, including my role as a Program Director for a leading children's martial arts school, where I supported hundreds of families and learned valuable skills in child development, structure, and behavior guidance. I've also worked as a household manager and full-time nanny, allowing me to support families with consistency, organization, and genuine care.
