About Kailani

I hold a bachelor's in psychology, and am currently a master's student enrolled at Harvard University. I am continuing my studies in psychology with the hope of one day becoming a clinical psychologist with a focus on child development and trauma. I have experience caring for children as a nanny, babysitter, and educator. I am comfortable with all ages and caring for multiple children at once . I love to create games, go to parks, and find fun in the everyday for the children I care for. I am responsible, bubbly, and organized. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, fun, and professional. In my spare time I love to read, crochet, and craft. I am a student who has a level of flexibility to her schedule, and hope that flexibility can also be reciprocated by the families I work with! My skills include an understanding of child development and age appropriate communication, partnering with parents, and creative play. :)
