About Kai-lani

Hi, I'm Kai-Lani! I would describe myself as fun, outgoing, caring, and easy to get along with. Working with children has always been something I genuinely enjoy because I love being part of their growth, learning, and development. I believe that positive experiences during childhood can have a lasting impact, and I take pride in helping create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where children can thrive. My experience working with children began when I was 18 years old as a camp counselor, where I learned the importance of patience, leadership, and creating meaningful connections with kids. I later worked at a special needs school in Scarsdale, which further developed my ability to adapt to each child's individual needs, communicate effectively, and provide compassionate care. Working with children of different ages and abilities has taught me how important it is to be understanding, encouraging, and dependable.
