Hi! My name is Kailani, and I have a passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and thrive. I have professional experience working at a Child Development Center, where I gained valuable knowledge in child development, safety, age-appropriate activities, and creating a positive environment for children of all ages. In addition to my professional experience, I have been actively involved in caring for my nephew throughout his early childhood years and have watched him grow into the amazing 10-year-old he is today. This hands-on experience has strengthened my patience, creativity, and understanding of children's individual needs. I understand the importance of providing reliable, nurturing, and attentive care, and I strive to create a safe and engaging environment where children feel supported and valued.
