As a certified health coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor, I help individuals improve their well-being through movement, mindfulness, and personalized care. I am also a trained and certified nursing assistant and direct support specialist, giving me hands-on experience in caregiving, senior care, and assisting individuals with unique health needs. With over a decade of experience in caretaking, I've developed a deep passion for providing compassionate, reliable, and proactive support. Being the oldest of eight siblings, caregiving has always been second nature to me, and I take pride in creating a safe, nurturing environment for those I work with.
