About Kailan

With a passion for well ess and caregiving. I specialize in natural medicine, yoga and health coaching. In addition, I am a trained and certified nursing assistant and direct support specialist, giving me a strong foundation in both holistic and medical care. As the oldest of eight siblings, I've naturally embraced the role of a caregiver and take pride in supporting others keeping a clean organized and supported environment. My ultimate goal is to build a thriving hot yoga studio- I am hardworking, trustworthy, and deeply loyal. I show up when needed and take initiative without being asked. My family has shaped the woman I am today, and I bring that same dedication into every aspect of my life. I hope to find a family or individual who would benefit from my care, compassion, and reliability, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both of us.
