About Kaila

Hello, My name is Kaila and I love caring for children and helping them feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. I work full-time as a Lead Teacher at a daycare in Jefferson City, where I have experience caring for children from infancy through age five and currently lead a toddler classroom. I am comfortable meeting each child's individual needs while maintaining familiar routines, including feeding, diapering, naps, playtime, and age-appropriate activities. My experience has strengthened my patience, communication, supervision, and childcare skills. I take pride in creating a clean, positive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
