About Kaila

With over 13 years of experience in childcare, including working in the infant room at a daycare, I have cared for children of all ages and truly understand the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. In addition to my professional background, I also helped raise my younger brother, who is now 14, which has given me personal, hands-on experience with the day-to-day responsibilities of childcare. I'm 26 years old, reliable, and have a clean driving record, making transportation safe and easy when needed. I come with many excellent references and am currently working full time, so I'm available for evening and weekend care. I'm passionate about helping families and supporting children's growth and development in every stage.
