As a Training & Curriculum Specialist for Army Child & Youth Services, I provide training, mentoring, coaching, and support to caregivers, helping them create safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environments. My areas of expertise include social-emotional development, physical & cognitive development, positive guidance, curriculum implementation, classroom management, behavior support, child abuse prevention, SIDS prevention, accountability & supervision, health & safety practices, and supporting children with special needs. CPR & First Aid certified through the Red Cross and certified instructor. Certified CLASS Observer for infants & toddlers, an assessment used to measure quality of educator-student interactions.
