About Kaila

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, kind, and responsible. I like working with kids because kids are loving and genuine. I'm looking for a job that I am happy to go to every morning. I am the happiest when I am around my 8-year-old daughter. When you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. I started working with kids when I was 16. I started to babysit after school for multiple families. Prior to working with children, my parents worked in foster care. Working within a childcare setting came very naturally. In my spare time, I spend my time with my family. Especially my daughter. During my personal time, however, I enjoy reading and taking long walks/hikes with my dog. One thing you should know about me is that I am trustworthy. My skills include patience, caring, and attentiveness.
