Kaidy took wonderful care of my dad for several years. She treated him with respect and kindness and helped him maintain his dignity. She treated my dad as if he were her relative, and in doing so, Kaidy became a member of our family. In addition to her caregiving skills, Kaidy also is extremely well organized and managed a team of caregivers so that we never had to worry about someone showing up. She had strict standards for the other caregivers and made sure they were well trained in my father’s routine.
