About Kaia

Hi! My name is Kaia. I recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with a degree in Biology and I've always enjoyed supporting children and families. I volunteer weekly at the Ronald McDonald House at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU, and I previously volunteered at the VCU Health Family Care Center, helping with daily activities, playtime, and creating a welcoming environment for kids of different ages. Outside of childcare, I also have experience in healthcare and research, which has strengthened my attention to detail and reliability. I'm patient, dependable, and happy to adapt to each child's needs. I'd love to be a supportive and trustworthy caregiver for your family.
