Kaia is such a delight! She is kind, thoughtful, and quick on her feet. She is even tempered in stressful situations. She's super respectful of schedules, preferences, and rolls with the punches. I appreciated her professionalism, as well as her willingness to adapt as our babies grew and had more complex needs.
