Kaia was fantastic! She was prompt and showed up ten minutes early, and wasted no time getting to know my kids. The younger one was nervous, but she won him over no problem! My older one had her playing games with him in no time! She took them to parks, made sure they had their meals and snacks on time, even got my younger one down for his nap on time! I truly can't say enough about the positive experience, and will definitely call her back in future. Thank you Kaia!
