About Kaia

Hello, my name is Kaia! I'm 21 years old and a recent graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I have a Bachelors in psychology with a minor in family consumer science. I plan to attend grad school for occupational therapy in the near future. I'm passionate about caregiving and making a positive impact on children's lives. My nurturing and creative personality fosters a welcoming environment where children thrive. I keep parents informed about their child's day through regular updates and open, transparent communication. I enforce the household rules given, ensuring children learn discipline and respect, while creating a fun and enriching atmosphere. With early childhood development coursework under my belt, I'm equipped to care for children aged 0-11. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I'm available to assist with cooking meals, light housekeeping, travel, pet care, and supervising outdoor activities.
