About Kahla

I have spent the past 20 years caring for others in a variety of healthcare settings. I began as a CNA in a nursing home Alzheimer's unit, where I provided compassionate care with dignity and respect. I later worked in a group home supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with personal care, medication administration, transportation, and daily support. I also gained experience in assisted living, providing personal care, medication management, housekeeping, activities, and meal preparation. After relocating, I joined an RCAC community and eventually became manager, overseeing daily operations and supporting residents and staff. My passion has always been helping others feel safe, valued, and cared for. I am now seeking an opportunity to provide personalized care and support to individuals who wish to remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.
