Hello! My name is Kahja, pronounced KAY-jah. I am 22 years old and work full time during the day at St. Luke's hospital, as a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician. I am interested in helping out parents after school with house chores, dinner preparation, tutoring and homework, as well as other activities. I have experience with a family of 5 I worked for in Haverhill, MA for 3 years. I watched their 2-year-old daughter during the day, and helped with their 10-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter. My time with this family taught me patience and time management, two useful skills I can use with another family. I enjoy cleaning and preparing quick and easy nutritious meals to take stress off the parent(s). I'd describe my personality as funny, energetic, and wise. One thing you should know about me is I like to reduce screen time and would rather find interactive games to keep kids engaged. Whether that be strategic board games, flash cards, playing cards or outdoor games.
