Did not show up for the first day of work. Timeframe was clearly posted on job listing and reiterated during interview. When contacted, it was apparent she was going to be an hour or more late. She claimed that she was unaware of start time but made no effort to clarify. BLS certificate that was sent over by applicant was expired.
