About Kaeley

I'm a warm, observant, and dependable person who genuinely enjoys helping people feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I have experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, caring for family members, and providing practical day-to-day support. I'm patient, nonjudgmental, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative. One of my biggest strengths is anticipating needs. I pay attention to the little things, ask thoughtful questions, and can often figure out what would be helpful before someone has to ask. I'm happy to provide companionship, conversation, household help, organization, and other everyday support that helps someone maintain their independence. I'm especially interested in building long-term relationships with the people I care for and becoming someone they and their families can genuinely trust. Outside of caregiving, I'm a creative person who enjoys painting, collaging, and coloring.
