I am a new substitute teacher that also has a college degree, eager to support students in reaching their academic goals. I believe every student has unique potential, and I create an engaging, patient learning environment tailored to their individual needs. I actively listen to students and encourage open communication to discover the best learning methods for them. Connecting challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrating small successes, and providing consistent positive reinforcement are all strategies I use to keep students motivated. Regular updates with parents ensure everyone stays informed and learning is reinforced at home. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow. I am comfortable tutoring at your home, my home, a learning center, or online.
