About Kaelan

Hello, my name is Kaelan, I am an enthusiastic and dedicated individual pursuing a degree in education, specializing in kindergarten through sixth grade. While focusing on elementary education, I am comfortable and experienced in working with children of all ages. I have roughly a decade of experience as a swim coach of children from ages 5-18. I've developed a strong ability to motivate, nurture, and support children in educational and physical activities. I have some experience with children with Autism. My passion for helping children grow and succeed drives me to create safe, fun, and enriching environments that foster learning and development. I have always enjoyed working with children, hence my career path as an educator. I can also provide documents/notes from recent professors who observed me in my field work these past semesters. I know my lack of "paid" experience may be discomforting, but I have plenty of references I can give to help with any uncertainties!
