About Kaela

I have only ever worked in child care and grew up with a lot of kids in the house. I have a total of 25 nieces and nephews that I have helped take care of regularly while growing up. That has provided me with a lot of first hand experience with kids from new borns to teenagers. I have also spent time as a TA in high school, I helped with homework at a few after school programs during high school and college, I have also spent time nannying for different families over the past 5 years. Iv'e been told I am very fun in the way that I babysit. I enjoy the way kids are undeniably creative and the different ways they choose to express themselves. I enjoy being apart of play time and doing things like playing pretend, drawing, painting, dancing, singing, etc.

We started part time with Kaela (because she was booked with another family) and were lucky enough to have her take full time work with our baby Hank who is very icy to most people. He and Kaela are like best friends. He lights up when she comes in the door and they spend the day playing, singing and going for walks. He has taken great to a routine she has set for him, that we implement as much as possible on the days she isn’t working. She’s always on time and great with communication. We highly recommend her to any family! We love Kaela.
