Hello families! My name is Kaela. I'm passionate about supporting children as they learn and grow. I began working with kids at 15 as a summer camp counselor, creating fun activities while keeping everyone safe. I later worked as an after-school counselor for ages 4-7, helping with homework, guiding social interactions, and balancing play with structure. I also have daycare experience, giving me a strong understanding of different age groups and daily routines. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and bring patience, attentiveness, and positive energy to every space. I believe children thrive when they feel safe and understood, and I love planning age-appropriate activities that spark creativity and confidence. I'm responsible, punctual, and communicate clearly.
