About Kaela

Hi, my name is Kaela and I have been a professional nanny for four years. I've also been a babysitter since I was a child myself, starting at 12 years old. I previously had a 5-star rating on another care account but due to a technical issue I've had to make a new one. I consider myself a fun and loving caretaker, but can also be firm. I favor a gentle approach towards children, but make sure not to shield them from natural and reasonable consequences when needed. I engage with children through play, music, reading, crafts, and outdoor fun. I have experience with children as young as 6 months old all the way to 16, and often more than one child at once. I am CPR certified (BLS) and can provide references if requested. I am looking for consistent work but am also available for the occasional weekend date nights.
