About Kadria

I had the pleasure of working with her for 8 weeks in the spring of 2025. She served as a long-term substitute teacher, with full commitment and attention, to 18 Kindergartners with very diverse needs and abilities. I had the privilege to be her Teachers Assistant. Not only was she always on time, she almost always stayed past her contracted hours, preparing the classroom for the next busy morning. She took charge of our class, attending to the needs of our students, some of which had special needs. She took so much care of our class. Her attention to detail, focus on safety, ability to maintain calm and stressful situations, and her genuine interest in the lives of our students made her the most impressive substitute teacher I had ever had the privilege of knowing. I was genuinely sad when the year was over and her contract ended. Any classroom, private home, or organization that hires her will benefit from her gifts and care.
