Hello, thanks for taking the time to review my profile. I have (10) years previous nanny/babysitter and childcare experience. I study Early Childhood Education. I am very mature, energetic, patient, caring, flexible, non-smoker and highly motivated person. I have excellent experience work with children 3 weeks to 12 years of age. I have always been very focused on the love, nurturing and development of any children that I work with. I have worked with many different families caring an providing for their children's basic needs including, preparing healthy meals, mixing baby formula, changing diapers, bathing, dress, play-dates, homework help, school pick-ups, reading stories and picking appropriate TV programs for children, supervising all activities an ensure all safety at all times. I also do light housekeeping pertaining to the children such as laundry, kitchen, dishes an making sure all toys are put away and room is neat and tidy, etc. This experience has only increased my love, patience and joy in caring for children. I work to not only be a nanny/babysitter but to make myself a part of your child's life. I strive to be a person that your child can love, trust and depend on.

If I could give more stars, I would! 5 stars does not do Kadisha justice. Kadisha is a diamond - she is genuinely kind, empathetic, and just a magical baby whisperer. Silence is GOLDEN, and that's what Kadisha brings: silence and peace of mind. A well-fed baby is happy and quiet; a shrieking, crying baby is unhappy for everyone. Our baby was a preemie who did not eat properly, sleep properly, or gain weight. Our first two weeks were terrifying, and we were really worried we'd be back at the hospital and see our little one with tubes in the NICU. Then, Kadisha came, and our baby almost immediately began gaining weight! She was less fussy, less gassy, spit up a lot less, and her diaper rash disappeared. The proof is in the pudding, and a good baby nurse is very hard to come by - do NOT pass up Kadisha! What makes Kadisha so magical is that she is INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Not only does she hold a degree in Early Childhood Education, she brings almost 20 years' continuous experience in childcare. Kadisha also attends professional development and continuing education classes, such that she is aware of the latest and greatest innovations in all aspects of raising a baby - from getting out boogers to assuaging colic to treating diaper rash, she really is a walking Google search! Kadisha is also very easy to live with - we hired her as a full-time, 24-hour newborn care specialist, and we were nervous about having "a stranger live in our home". I"m sure if you're reading this review, you may also be wondering the same thing. Rest assured - Kadisha is tactful, flexible, and detail-oriented. She is the BEST and EASIEST person to live with your family!!! Kadisha also takes every opportunity to educate you on how to optimally support your child. She provides general knowledge, and then applies it to the nuances of your baby. We are first-time parents and have learned so much with her! As older parents (41 and 46), we are proof that you can teach old dogs new tricks! In conclusion, I just want to say that Kadisha is an amazing asset to our family. Not only does our baby light up when she sees or hears Kadisha, we light up as well! You will not go wrong hiring Kadisha.
