I started working with kids when I was a junior in high school at the age of 16. I grew up a YMCA kid and always dreamed of being a counselor as soon as I was old enough. For the past two years i've been a afterschool counselor at an elementary school. One thing you should know about me is I love memories! Memories make up ones childhood whether it's good or bad. My biggest goal is to be the one to help create those good ever lasting memories with kids that they'll always remember! My skills include safety, organization, and fun. Staying safe is my number one priority when it comes to taking care of kids because unfortunately, things do happen, but one way to reduce potential issues it is to be organized. Organization helps prevent accidents and allows things to run much smoother so we can have fun!

Kadin was absolutely wonderful with our 9-month-old son . She was attentive, engaging, and genuinely invested in his care. She spent time reading books with him, getting down on the floor to play, and taking him on walks, all of which he thoroughly enjoyed. Kadin was professional, reliable, and arrived on time every day. She also kept his play and living areas tidy, which we greatly appreciated. We were very pleased with the care she provided and would highly recommend her.
