Making a positive impact on families is why I became a caregiver. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with two years of experience, I offer compassionate and empathetic care. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I understand the importance of understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
