Kadi was a wonderful short-term help with our three kids (6yo girl, 4yo boy, 2yo girl). She spent most of her time with the kids outside, playing and exploring. Over nap, she helped with light housekeeping and spent 1x1 time with the older kids reading to them or having them read to her. When she was unsure of something, she asked. When the kids argued, she patiently redirected them. We plan to stay in touch with Kadi for any future child-care needs.
