About Kadie Ann

I was a Lead Preschool Teacher for 3 years, working with everyone from infants to school-age kids meals, nap schedules, activities, the whole day to day. I also babysat on the side during that time, so I'm used to stepping into a family's routine and keeping things consistent for the kids. On the healthcare side, I've worked 2 years as a Patient Care Technician, including time in the NICU with newborns. I'm CPR certified and DCF certified in Florida (child development, health and safety training), and I'm currently in nursing school so childcare isn't just a job for me, it's tied to where I'm headed longterm. I'd describe myself as calm under pressure, patient, and genuinely happiest when kids feel safe and looked after. I also have my own car, so I'm flexible for pickups, drop offs, or activities outside the house.
