About Kadence

I'd describe my personality as responsible, respectful, caring, compassionate. I like working with kids because it gives me experience so when I have children of my own, I will be prepared. I'm looking for a job that I can connect with the children and parents on a personal level. I started working with kids when I was 14, and I would babysit children of coworkers and friends of my mom. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, read, and draw. One thing you should know about me is I will follow the structure and rules. Parents sent in place for their children when I am watching them. My skills include soothing and upset child, resolving a tough situation between siblings, and Connecting with the children when it comes to something they deeply enjoy.
