About Kadence

I started my professional child care experience in a daycare setting, did a few short term/ summer nanny jobs after that, and I am now a RBT working full time in early childhood intervention for children on the autism spectrum! I am energetic and detail-oriented with experience in ABA therapy, child care, operations support, administrative management, and customer service. I am skilled in communication, documentation, scheduling, and maintaining high-quality standards in fast-paced environments. I work well in intense, high pressure moments. Including working through tantrums and other high emotion behaviors. I love being creative and LOVE music and incorporating into my daily life as much as possible! I genuinely enjoy cleaning and organizing and would love to help out around the house in addition to caring for your children.
