About Kadence

My name is Kadence and I am 20 years old. I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for them. I have four years of experience caring for little ones, and during that time, I've learned how to be both playful and responsible. I'm always mindful of safety, while also making sure kids are having a good time whether that means playing games, reading books, or doing simple crafts. I've been told I'm very patient, which helps me stay calm and supportive even when things get a little chaotic. I also have my own transportation and a reliable car, so getting to and from work or helping with school pickups, activities, or errands is never a problem. I try to be someone both kids and parents can count on. I really enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality and helping them feel happy, understood, and cared for. I'd love the opportunity to be part of a family's routine and to support them however I can.
