About Kadance

Hey there! I'm Kadance I'm a fun-loving, hands-on nanny based in Fishers, Indiana. I've spent the last 3+ years working with kids between the ages of 2 and 10, including camp counseling, babysitting, and teaching at a preschool. I've had the joy of caring for all kinds of awesome children including twins, big families, and kids with unique needs. What I love most about nannying is building real connections and getting to know each child's personality, their quirks, their humor, the way their minds work. Every day is different, and that's what keeps it exciting! From fort-building and messy crafts to homework help and snack duty, I'm all in. I'm also totally comfortable with pets, driving to activities, and pitching in wherever needed around the house. I'm currently looking for full-time or part-time work and open to occasional weekends, travel, and overnights as well.
