For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to seniors and their families. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid. My goal is to make a positive impact by offering reliable support. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and history. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, and home health. I also assist with personal care, dementia, medical management, mobility, and physical activity. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion or agitation. I am comfortable with pets.
