About Kaci

Hello! My name is Kaci and I am a college freshman. I am currently enrolled in a early childhood development and elementary education program. I am originally from Colorado and just moved to Monroe! I have been working with kids since I was 14 in both a nannying environment and daycare environment. I am very passionate about working with kids and never feel like I am working. This means I get to support families while doing something I truly enjoy. My favorite activities to do with kids are crafts, dancing, sports and different games. I try to plan fun and enriching activities with little to no screen time involved. have a very empathetic approach with kids and always bring the best energy so we can have a great time. I am very flexible with my schedule and am very punctual. I don't mind helping with light house work such as meal preparation and cleaning and even use it to be a learning opportunity with kids. I find I can form and keep a close bond with both kids and their families.
