I am a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional with over 14 years of experience as a CNA and Medical Assistant since 2019. Throughout my career, I have provided exceptional patient care in both long-term care and skilled nursing settings, developing strong clinical skills and a commitment to improving the quality of life for those I serve. My experience includes caring for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's disease, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patients' health, providing medication administration and medication reminders, recording vital signs. I have earned an Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management. I am dependable, organized, and passionate about helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. I take pride in building trusting relationships with patients and families while providing respectful, reliable, and compassionate care.
