About Kacie

I have approximately six months of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a nursing home setting. In this role, I have provided hands-on care to residents in both long-term care and memory care units, working closely with individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. I truly love this work and find it incredibly meaningful to build relationships with residents and support them through compassionate, patient-centered care. This experience has strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and ability to remain calm and attentive in a variety of care situations. I am currently a nursing student at Salve Regina University, where I am studying to become a registered nurse. My CNA experience has reinforced my passion for healthcare and continues to motivate me as I work toward my nursing career.
