I have personal, hands-on experience supporting a child with autism, which has given me valuable insight into the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding. Through this experience, I learned how to adapt to the child's unique communication style, support daily routines, and create a calm and supportive environment. I focused on building trust, encouraging positive behaviors, and responding to challenges with empathy and flexibility. In addition, I hold a degree in medicine, which has provided me with a strong foundation in human development, health, and evidence-based care. While my direct experience is with one child, it has strengthened my ability to be attentive, reliable, and responsive to individual needs. I am eager to continue learning and apply both my academic background and practical experience to support children and their development.
