Hi, I'm Jylian, a 21-year-old mama who truly understands the importance of childcare. Becoming a mom showed me how much it matters that kids are in the right hands, and I take that personally because I'd want nothing less for my own child. My passion started early, I began volunteering in a church daycare at 15 and have loved working with kids ever since. I'm reliable, patient, and genuinely enjoy being around children. I do bring my 11-month-old daughter with me. She's easygoing and most kids warm up to her quickly. I understand that may not be the right fit for everyone, but it works well for many families. I'm a licensed cosmetologist, and I love beauty as a creative outlet. I follow parents' routines closely and communicate openly. Every child I care for gets the same love and attention I give my own.
