I have one year of experience. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I earn trust by adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, and do light housekeeping. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular texts, following their preferred method.
