I've dedicated the last five years to nurturing children's growth and development as a caregiver. My passion stems from my own positive babysitting experiences and a deep desire to make a positive impact on young lives. As a naturally creative and friendly person, I easily connect with children and foster an environment where they feel comfortable and supported. I believe open and honest communication is key, so I provide written daily reports and maintain regular verbal communication with parents, always following their preferred method. I'm more than comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. My favorite part of being a caregiver is playing games with the kids, from outdoor sports to educational games. I hold a college degree and have completed coursework in early child development. I've also undergone First Aid and CPR training and have experience working with special needs children.
