About Justyce

Hi! My name is Justyce. I've worked in early childhood education for over 6 years and am currently a Lead Toddler Teacher at a Reggio Emilia inspired preschool. I also provide part-time babysitting for families with children ages 6 months to 12 years. I view children as capable, creative individuals who thrive when treated with respect, consistency, and care. I believe in supporting the whole child emotionally, socially, and developmentally by fostering curiosity, encouraging independence, and creating safe and nurturing environments. I have experience with sensory play, outdoor exploration, transitions, gentle redirection, and supporting emotional regulation. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and confident managing multiple children, adapting to different routines, and communicating clearly with both kids and parents. I strive to be someone children feel safe, seen, and excited to be around, and someone families can fully trust and rely on!
