About Justin

As the oldest of four boys, I grew up learning how to keep my three younger brothers safe, entertained, and out of trouble (most of the time!). That meant everything from helping with school projects, to building blanket forts, to settling the occasional sibling squabble. Over the years, I've learned how to balance patience and structure with a sense of fun and creativity. I love working with kids because every day brings something new--whether that's sharing laughs during a silly game, helping with homework, or just listening when they need someone to talk to. Parents can count on me to bring energy, kindness, and responsibility to the job while making sure their kids feel supported and cared for.
