Hi! My name is Justine, and I bring over 8 years of childcare experience to every family I work with. From being a summer camp counselor for kids ages 6-12 to nannying for two wonderful families with elementary-aged children, I've built a strong foundation in creating safe, fun, and structured environments for kids to grow and thrive. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I take safety seriously. I love engaging with kids through board games, creative outdoor and indoor play, and meaningful conversations that support their development. I always follow each family's rules and routines closely, ensuring a consistent and respectful dynamic that puts both parents and children at ease. Currently studying Sociology at the University of San Diego, I'm passionate about helping others and enhancing the lives of the families I work with.
