I hired Justine after interviewing her and confirming the schedule, pay and expectations. Before her start date, she informed me that she accepted another job and could no longer commit long term. She offered to still work the following week, so I had time to find a replacement, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the night before she was supposed to start she canceled due to personal reasons. She ultimately never worked for my family.
