About Justin

Hello!! My name is Justin and I've been babysitting/caring for about 6 years total with kids ages 6mo - 16 years old. My babysitting experience involves children ages 6mo-14yrs old. The circumstances have ranged from me staying at the parents' house to the kids staying over at mine, feeding, activities (indoor/outdoor), homework, school, etc. I've also been teaching hip hop dance and street jazz dance for about 6 years to ages 4-16yrs. I am bilingual, speaking Spanish and English, which I've found aids plenty in bridging gaps with families. Personally, I love kids! My approach to caregiving is to be the balance between fun and rules. While there's of course a reason to babysit, I try to allow them to still feel like they can be kids and play, laugh, fall, all while ensuring that we're enforcing the rules set in place by their parents. Essentially it should and will be an easy time for everyone (kids and parents). I'd describe my personality as Fun, Outgoing, Disciplined.
