Omg, where do I start. Justina (Tina) is the most amazing caregiver we've ever used. She is so loving, responsive, patient, and full of knowledge and experience. Most importantly, as an employee, she is incredibly responsible, communicative and has high integrity. You can trust her with your children, family, pets & home. She is literally the best. I am a flight attendant and would often be gone for days at a time. She would be willing to work longer days while I was gone to help accommodate my husband's work schedule. She would send me pictures and videos regularly and she'd always brief me on any new behaviors my daughter would learn or display. Honestly, this woman has a beautiful heart and soul, and my whole family fell in love with her. Tina worked with us from June 2019-March 2020 full-time with a minimum of 30 hours/week and she would still be with us if the airline industry was doing better. We miss her dearly. If you need a nanny, Tina (Justina) is the best there is. Hire her.
