About Justice

I'd describe my personality as patient, grounded, and accommodating. Working with kids is about shaping the future into something better, which is something I am passionate about! One thing you should know about me is that I am committed to the quality, safe, and personalized care of your little ones! I am currently also a Registered Behavioral Technician, who has been working with neurodivergent children for 3 years. I am also a new mom to an infant baby boy, so I am excited to explore different ways of creative and successful parenting! Alongside working as an RBT, I am also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in psychology with the goal of becoming a BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst). In my spare time, I love to spend time with my son and taking outside strolls! I also enjoy reading poetry, baking sweets, and trying new foods. My skills include problem solving, emotional + mental resilience, and excellent communication.
