About Justice

Hi families! My name is Justice, and I'm a permitted substitute teacher through Placer County, with hands-on experience supporting children in both classroom and caregiving settings. Through substitute teaching, I've worked with students across different age groups and learning styles, which has strengthened my ability to manage routines, support learning, and create a calm, structured, and safe environment. I'm comfortable stepping into new settings, following lesson plans, and ensuring children feel supported and confident throughout the day. In addition to my classroom experience, I've volunteered with Junior Achievement, where I helped teach and mentor students, and with Special Olympics, serving as a coach for basketball, bocce, and track & field. These experiences have helped me develop strong patience, adaptability, and an inclusive, encouraging approach to caregiving. I'm reliable, communicative, and very attentive to each child's individual needs.
